Change in the number of shares and votes in Svedbergs

Svedbergs i Dalstorp AB (publ) ("Svedbergs") today announces that the total number of shares in the company increased by 14,123,758 shares during March 2022, of which all B shares, as a result of the previously announced rights issue. The number of votes increased correspondingly by 14,123,758 votes.

As of 31 March 2022, the total number of shares in Svedbergs amounts to 35,323,758, of which 0 A shares and 35,323,758 B shares, corresponding to an equal number of votes.
