Vergi Usul Kanunu çerçevesinde hazırlanmış olan 01.01.2017-31.12.2017 dönemine ait finansal tablolarımızda 2017 yılı faaliyetlerimiz neticesinde 9.515.304,71 TL zarar elde edilmiştir.

Kar dağıtım politikamızda göz önünde bulundurularak 2017 yılı konsolide finansal tablolarımızda yer alan 70.036.425 TL kar tutarı üzerinden % 20 oranında hesaplanan 14.007.285 TL'nin 27/11/2018 tarihinden itibaren ortaklara dağıtılması için Genel Kurul ‘ a teklifte bulunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
