COMUNICATO STAMPA
SCOPE RATINGS MIGLIORA IL RATING DI BANCA POPOLARE DI SONDRIO A "BBB+" DA "BBB"
Banca Popolare di Sondrio informa che, in data odierna, l'agenzia Scope Ratings ha migliorato il rating emittente della Banca, portandolo al livello investment grade "BBB+" dal precedente livello investment grade "BBB". L'outlook è stato rivisto a stabile da positivo.
L'upgrade riflette la view di Scope Ratings che tiene conto del futuro ingresso di Banca Popolare di Sondrio nel gruppo BPER a fronte del raggiungimento, a conclusione del periodo di offerta pubblica di acquisto e scambio volontaria promossa dal gruppo BPER, di oltre il 50% del capitale sociale della Banca.

SCOPE RATINGS UPGRADES BANCA POPOLARE DI SONDRIO'S RATING TO "BBB+ " FROM "BBB"
Banca Popolare di Sondrio informs that today, Scope Ratings has upgraded the Bank's issuer rating to investment grade "BBB+ " from the previous investment grade "BBB". The outlook has been revised to stable from positive.
The upgrade reflects Scope Ratings' view, which considers the future entry of Banca Popolare di Sondrio into the BPER group following the achievement, at the end of the public tender offer and voluntary exchange offer launched by the BPER group, of more than 50% of the Bank's share capital.
