COMPASS GROUP PLC (the "Company")

STERLING EQUIVALENT OF INTERIM DIVIDEND

The Company announced on 14 May 2025 that the Board had approved an interim dividend for the financial year ending 30 September 2025 of 22.6 US cents per ordinary share payable on 31 July 2025.

The Company, today, announces that the Sterling equivalent of the final dividend is 16.7 pence per ordinary share based on an exchange rate of US$1=£0.739.

The US$:£ conversion rate was determined by the actual rates achieved by the Company buying forward contracts for Sterling currency, during the five working days preceding this announcement, for delivery ahead of the dividend payment date on 31 July 2025.
