The Burkhalter Group acquires Gattiker Elektro GmbH in Uster (Canton of Zurich). The company employs three people and generates annual sales of around CHF 1 million.
Gattiker Elektro GmbH has been operating successfully in the regional market since 1998 and is primarily active in the service sector. The owners are now selling the company to Burkhalter Holding Ltd as part of the company’s succession plan.
Gattiker Elektro GmbH will be merged with Oberholzer AG, which already belongs to the Burkhalter Group and is based in Uster, with retroactive effect from 1 July 2025. Gattiker Elektro GmbH will now continue to operate at its current location as Gattiker Elektro, a branch of Oberholzer AG. The employees will be retained.
