Notice of publication, pursuant to art. 122 of legislative decree 58/1998, of the extract and essential information relating to the Shareholders' Agreement signed on July 10, 2025 between some shareholders of REVO Advisory S.r.l.

Verona, 15/07/2025 - REVO Insurance S.p.A. ("REVO" or the "Company") announces that the essential information pursuant to Article 122 of Legislative Decree No. 58 of February 24, 1998 ("TUF") and Article 130 of the Regulation adopted by Consob resolution No. 11971 of May 14, 1999 as subsequently amended and supplemented ("Regolamento Emittenti"), as well as the extract published pursuant to Article 122 of the TUF and Articles 129 and 131 of the Regolamento Emittenti regarding the shareholders' agreement signed on June 10, 2025, between Mr. Alberto Minali, Mr. Fabio De Ferrari, Mr. Simone Lazzaro, Mr. Stefano Semolini and Mr. Jacopo Tanaglia, shareholders of the shareholder REVO Advisory S.r.l., concerning consultation and voting commitments with respect to the resolutions to be taken during the shareholders' meeting of REVO Advisory S.r.l. relating to the management of the shareholding held in REVO Insurance S.p.A. and the exercise of the connected corporate rights are available to the public at the headquarters of REVO Insurance in Verona, V.le dell'Agricoltura 7, on the Company website www.revoinsurance.com, in the section named "Corporate Governance/Corporate Documents/Shareholder Agreements" and on the storage mechanism at .
