Legal Basis: Article 56 Section 1 Item 2 of the Act on Offerings -current and periodic information

The Management Board of Energa SA ("Company") has received informationthat on 10 July 2025, the District Court Gdańsk North, the 7th EconomicDivision of the National Court Register registered amendments to theCompany's Articles of Association adopted by resolution No. 30 of theOrdinary General Meeting of the Company on 13 June 2025.

The amendments made to the Articles of Association in the resolutionmentioned above were published in the Current Report No. 21/2025 of 13June 2025. The consolidated text of the Company's Articles ofAssociation incorporating the amendments forms an attachment to thisreport.
