22 Kasım 2018 tarihinde yapılan 2018 yılı Olağanüstü Genel Kurul toplantısı sonucunda şirket Yönetim Kuruluna 31 Aralık 2018 tarihinden geç olmamak kaydıyla kar dağıtım tarihinin belirlenmesi yetkisi verilmiştir.

Şirket Yönetim Kurulu, bu yetki çerçevesinde ve BDDK' nın 25.12.2018 tarih ve 12509071-103.02.01[134-87]-E.16388 sayılı izin yazısına istinaden olağanüstü yedekler hesabında bulunan tutarın 26.12.2018 tarihinden itibaren nakden dağıtılmasına karar vermiştir.

Buna göre, 1 TL'lik nominal değerli hisse için brüt 0.2900-TL ( net 0.2465-TL) nakit temettü ödenecek olup, nakit olarak dağıtılacak toplam brüt temettü 23.200.000,00-TL olarak gerçekleşecektir
