Şirketimizin sermaye piyasası mevzuatına göre hazırlanan mali tablolarında ve yasal kayıtlarında 31.12.2018 tarihi itibarıyla sırasıyla 3.073.702,00 TL ve 3.442.077,17 TL net dönem karı oluşmuştur. 2018 yılı karından dağıtım yapılmamasına, sermaye piyasası mevzuatına göre hazırlanan mali tablolardaki ve yasal kayıtlardaki dönem karlarından mevzuat gereği ayrılması gereken tutarların ayrılmasına ve kalan tutarların her iki kayıtta da olağanüstü yedekler hesabında izlenmesine ve bu teklifin Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına karar verildi.
