Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulunun 25.02.2019 tarihinde yapılan toplantısında;

Şirketimiz tarafından Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" (II-14.1) uyarınca hazırlanan ve Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. tarafından bağımsız denetimden geçmiş 01.01.2018-31.12.2018 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarımıza göre 154.925.532,00 TL ; Vergi Usul Kanunu hükümlerine uygun olarak hazırlanan finansal tablolarımıza göre ise 62.774.319,71 TL net dönem karı elde edilmiştir.

Şirketimizin mali bünyesinin güçlendirilmesi ve yeni finansman ihtiyacı yaratılmaması amacıyla 2018 yılı karından hesaplanan dağıtılabilir dönem karının dağıtılmamasına,

Bu hususun 27 Mart 2019 tarihinde yapılacak olan Olağan Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
