ANNOUNCEMENT

Notification of Appointment of Market Maker

The company under the name "PREMIA R.E.I.C." (the "Issuer") hereby informs the investor community that the Athens Stock Exchange has approved the appointment of OPTIMA BANK S.A., a Member of the Athens Stock Exchange, as Market Maker for the shares of PREMIA R.E.I.C. The commencement date of market making has been set for Wednesday, 16/07/2025.

In accordance with the provisions of the Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook, the Issuer has entered into a Market Making Agreement with OPTIMA BANK S.A. under the following key terms:

• 1. OPTIMA BANK S.A. will submit market making orders (i.e., simultaneous buy and sell orders) on its own account for the shares of the Issuer through the Athens Stock Exchange trading system. In return for this service, the Issuer shall pay a fee to OPTIMA BANK S.A.
• 1. The Market Making Agreement with the aforementioned company has a duration of one (1) year.
