Şirket Yönetim Kurulu, şirket merkezinde toplanarak aşağıdaki kararı almışlardır.

Şirketimizin 2018 yılına ilişkin, SPK' ya göre düzenlenen finansal tablolarında dağıtılabilir net dönem karı 5.724.951,19 TL, VUK' a göre düzenlenen finansal tablolarında dağıtılabilir net dönem karı 5.408.156,36 TL' dir. Bu doğrultuda; 1.300.000 TL' nin nakit olarak, 3.700.000 TL' nin ise sermayeye ilave edilerek bedelsiz pay şeklinde dağıtılması teklifimizin, yapılacak ilk Genel Kurulda görüşülüp karara bağlanmasına oy birliği ile karar verilmiştir.
