New number of shares and votes in Byggmax Group AB

The number of shares and votes in Byggmax Group AB has decreased with 2,374,000 through a reduction of the share capital through retirement of 2,374,000 shares. The retirement of shares has been done in accordance with the decision from the annual general meeting on May 5, 2022 and referred to own shares held by the company through previous share buybacks.

Today, the last trading day of the month, the total number of shares and votes in the company amounts to 58,625,045. The share capital amounts to SEK 20,333,015.01.
