Marcus Hansson resigns as Head of Finance

Due to the ruling regarding insider trading in the Collector share, Marcus Hansson, in agreement with Balder's management, has decided to leave his employment at Balder. Hansson will leave immediately after a responsible handover.

• I am disappointed and surprised by the verdict, and I still strongly believe that Marcus not deliberately has done something wrong. Based on the district court's conviction, however, we have mutually come to the conclusion that it is best for all parties that he leaves the company, says Balder's CEO Erik Selin.

Erik Selin will take over the responsibility as Head of Finance from 2 June 2022, during a transitional period. The recruitment process for a replacement begins immediately.
