In our material disclosure dated 19 March 2019, it was announced that an application was made to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for the approval of the debt instrument. The application was approved by the CMB on 02 May 2019. The approved issuance document is attached. In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
