2018 yılına ait Bağımsız Denetim Raporu ve Mali tablolarını görüşmüş ve aşağıdaki hususların 2018 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında, Genel Kurulun bilgisine ve onayına sunulmasını kararlaştırmıştır.

Vergi Usul Kanununa göre 2018 yılında 20.112.511,84-TL (vergi sonrası 15.564.202,88-TL), Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Seri XI, No:29 sayılı tebliğine göre 18.707.781,00-TL (vergi sonrası 14.421.820,00-TL), vergi öncesi dönem karı oluşmuştur. Türk Ticaret Kanunu, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu Tebliğleri ve Şirket Esasa Sözleşmesinin kar dağıtım maddesi gereğince, Vergi Usul Kanunu'na göre oluşan net dönem karı üzerinden;

· Şirket yasal kayıtlarında görünen, Geçmiş yıl zararlarının, geçmiş yıl karlarından mahsubuna, mahsup işlemi sonrasında, kalan 6.512.905,75-TL tutarındaki, geçmiş yıllar zararının, 2018 net dönem karından mahsubuna,

· Kalan 2018 kar tutarı üzerinden ise %5 oranında 452.564,86-TL tutarında I. Tertip Yedek akçe ayrılmasına,

· Tüm bu işlemlerden sonra bakiye 8.598.732,27-TL net kar tutarının ise dağıtıma konu edilmeyerek, Olağanüstü yedeklere alınmasına, karar verilmiştir.
