Uluslararası derecelendirme kuruluşu Moody's Investor Services tarafından Türkiye'nin yabancı para cinsinden bono notunun indirilmesini takiben, Şirketimizin uzun vadeli kredi notu "Ba2"'den ülke tavan notu seviyesi olan "B1" notuna ve görünümü negatif'e revize edilmiştir. Söz konusu kredi derecelendirmesine ilişkin detay bilgiye internet sitemizden ulaşılabilinir.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

Following the recent decision to downgrade the Government of Turkey's foreign currency bond issuer rating, Moody's Investors Services revised our company's long term credit rating to "B1", which is the country ceiling note for Turkey,  from "Ba2" and the outlook to negative. Detail information regarding the credit rating is available in our company's website.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
