Yönetim Kurulumuzun 18.04.2019 tarihli 2018 Yılı Kâr payı dağıtımına ilişkin kararı:

Şirketimizin Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği (II-14.1) hükümleri dâhilinde, Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları ve Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları (TMS/TFRS)'na uygun olarak hazırlanan, bağımsız denetimden geçmiş, 01.01.2018-31.12.2018 hesap dönemine ait konsolide finansal tablolarında net dönem kârı 12.188.642 TL, geçmiş yıl zararları 285.761.917 TL iken; TTK ve Vergi Usul Kanununa uygun olarak hazırlanan aynı döneme ilişkin solo finansal tablolarında net dönem kârı 34.457.413,06 TL, geçmiş yıl zararlarının 70.620.764,49 TL olduğu görülmektedir. Bu itibarla, Yönetim Kurulumuz Genel Kurulumuzun görüş ve onayına sunulmak üzere:

a) Şirketimiz 31.12.2018 tarihi itibarıyla hazırlanan finansal tablolarında bulunan dönem kârlarının geçmiş yıl zararlarına mahsup edilmesine,

b) Şirketimizin 2018 yılında net dağıtılabilir dönem kârı olmadığından kâr dağıtımı yapılmamasına karar vermiştir.
