PUBLICATION OF THE UPDATE KID -"KEY INFORMATION DOCUMENT" RELATING TO THE "WARRANT FINCANTIERI 2024-2026" - ISIN CODE TOOOSES99862
Trieste, 14 July 2025 - Fincantieri S.p.A. (the "Company") announces that it has revised the Key Information Document (KID), originally published on 15 July 2024, relating to the "Fincantieri 2024-2026 Warrants", ISIN code IT0005599862, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 1286/2014 and the relevant implementing legislation.
The updated KID (available only in Italian language) has been published today on the Company's website www.fincantieri.com/en in the section dedicated to the capital increase (https://www.fincantieri.com/en/investors-relations/investing-in-fincantieri/capital-increase/).
