Appointment of Independent Non-Executive Director

SUEPRSEARCH PLUS PLC. (AQSE: SSP), we are pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr. Wei Fu as an independent non-executive director. He has more than 20 years trading experience in EU markets. He has a deep knowledge of EU Market structure and market regulation. He had worked in Fortune 500 Company _ Panalpina World Transport (PRC) Ltd. He familiar in foreign language in French, Czech, Chinese and English.

The company currently offers its seafood trading services in Southeast Asia, but we would like to study other potential EU markets for further growth. On 12-July-2025, we have appointed Mr. Wei Fu as independent non-Executive Director from the Board with immediate effect to replace the INED job duties of Mr. Wai Man Hui.
