Update on Restructuring: Approval of Scheme of Arrangement
Singapore, 14 July 2025, Barramundi Group Ltd. (“the Company”) (EURONEXT: BARRA) – Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 02 July 2025 in relation to the Date of Hearing of Scheme Approval Application (“Previous Announcement”).
Unless otherwise defined, the capitalised terms used in this announcement shall bear the same meanings ascribed to them in the Previous Announcements.
By way of update, the Scheme Approval Application was heard before the the Honourable Justice Aidan Xu @ Aedit Abdullah on 14 July 2025 at 2.30PM (Singapore Time). The Company is pleased to announce that the Court has granted the orders sought by the Company in the Scheme Approval Application, thereby approving the scheme of arrangement proposed between the Company and the Scheme Creditors.
