BlueNord ASA: Completion of Settlement and Cancellation of BNOR15

Oslo, 14 July 2025: Reference is made to BlueNord ASA's ("BlueNord" or the

"Company") previous announcements regarding the conditional Tender Offer for the

Company's subordinated convertible bonds with ISIN NO 0012780867 ("BNOR15"). As

announced on 4 July 2025, the Tender Offer period closed on 4 July 2025, and the

Company is pleased to announce that final settlement of the accepted bonds -

representing approximately 99.99% of the BNOR15 - was completed today 14 July

2025. The bonds repurchased by the Company have now been cancelled.

The remaining bonds, totaling approx. USD 6 in principal amount, will also be

cancelled following the publication of this notice. Once cancelled, all BNOR15

bonds will have been fully redeemed.
