LONDON, ENGLAND - Satsuma Technology PLC (LSE: SATS ; FSE: NM1 ) (" SATS " or the "Company") announces that, following the announcement dated on 1 July 2025, the application to change the name of the Company to Satsuma Technology PLC has been registered at Companies House with effect from 14 July 2025. The Company's change of name will be effective on the London Stock Exchange plc from 8.00 a.m. on 15 July 2025. The Company's ISIN and SEDOL remain unchanged.
