Notification of Major Holdings

Bank of Valletta p.l.c. (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') hereby announces the receipt of a notification of major holdings from UniCredit S.p.A of Piazza Gae Aulenti, 3 – Tower A – 20154 Milano, Italy. By virtue of this notification, the Company was notified that on the 10 July 2025, the proportion of ordinary shares and corresponding voting rights held by UniCredit S.p.A in the Company was reduced from 10.2% to 5.21%.
