Investment AB Latour has completed repurchase of shares

Investment AB Latour (publ) has on September 6, 2022, repurchased 100,000 class B shares (ISIN SE0010100958) for a price of SEK 205.80 per share. Latour's holding of own shares after the repurchase amounts to 514,900 class B shares. The total number of outstanding shares in the company is 639,325,100. The repurchase was completed on Nasdaq Stockholm by SEB on behalf of Latour. The purpose of the repurchase is to secure Latour's commitments to deliver shares in accordance with Latour's call option program.
