MEDICOVER'S NOMINATION COMMITTEE FOR THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2023

Medicover AB (publ) ("Medicover") publishes the nomination committee's composition for the annual general meeting in 2023.

The nomination committee, which is appointed in accordance with the principles adopted by the annual general meeting on 27 April 2022, consists of:

• Fredrik Stenmo, representing Celox Holding AB and the Christina af Jochnick family's total shareholding
• Hans Ramel, NG Invest Beta AB
• Jannis Kitsakis, Fjärde AP-Fonden
• Angelica Hanson, AMF och AMF Fonder

Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the nomination committee for the annual general meeting to be held on 27 April 2023 can do so by e-mail to nominationcommittee@medicover.com or:
