Şirketimiz ile Petrol-İş Sendikası arasında 13.11.2019 tarihinde başlayan 21. Dönem Toplu İş Sözleşmesi görüşmelerinde, yasal süreç içerisinde anlaşmaya varılamaması nedeniyle, Petrol-İş Sendikası, 6356 sayılı yasanın 50. Maddesine istinaden, T.C. Aile, Çalışma ve Sosyal Hizmetler Bakanlığı - Adana Çalışma ve İş Kurumu İl Müdürlüğü'ne başvurarak Resmi Arabulucu tayin edilmesini istemiştir. Bugün yapılan görüşmede taraflar Resmi Arabulucu tayin edilmesi hususunda anlaşmaya varmıştır.

In the negotiations of the 21st Term Collective Bargaining Agreement which started on November 13, 2019 between our Company and Petrol-İş (Labour Union), Petrol-İş applied to the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Services, Adana Labor and Employment Provincial Directorate and requested an Official Mediator to be appointed in accordance with the Article 50 of Law no.6356. At the meeting held today, the parties agreed on appointment of the Official Mediator.
