Investment management arrangements

The Board of the Company confirms that following the announcement released on 22 May 2025 the change in the Company's investment management arrangements is now complete.  Effective 12 July 2025, Zehrid Osmani and the Global Long-Term Unconstrained ("GLTU") team moved from Martin Currie Investment Management Limited ("MCIM") to Franklin Templeton Investment Management Limited ("FTIML") and investment management of the Company's portfolio will be delegated to both FTIML and Franklin Advisers, Inc. rather than to MCIM.
