Şirketimizin 26.12.2019 tarihli özel durum açıklamasında, Karşıyaka Asliye Ticaret Mahkemesinde 2018/366 E. sayı ile görülmekte olan davanın 25.12.2019 tarihli duruşmasında; dosyanın yeniden aynı bilirkişilere tevdii edilerek, ek rapor düzenlenmesine karar verildiği duyurulmuştu.

Bilirkişiler tarafından mahkemeye 04.02.2020 tarihinde sunulan raporlarında özetle;

Gerek CD kayıtları ve gerekse toplantı tutanaklarının incelenmesinde, Genel Kurul toplantısının usulüne uygun yapıldığı, sorulan soruların not alındığı, cevaplanmaya çalışıldığı, cevaplanamayan soruların internet sitesinde cevaplanacağı bilgisinin verildiği, baskı ve tehdit unsuru oluşturacak bir davranışın bulunmadığı,  hissedarların bilgi almasını engelleyen herhangi bir olağandışı durum bulunmadığı tespitleri yapılmış olup, bilirkişiler 27.11.2019 tarihli raporlarındaki kanaatlerini yinelemişlerdir.

In our Company's public disclosure dated 26.12.2019 it was announced that, with respect to the lawsuit with the file number 2018/366 E. filed at Karşıyaka Commercial Court dated 25.12.2019; it was decided to prepare an additional report by the same expert.

In the additional expert report submitted to the court on 04.02.2020, it was briefly stated that, based on the examination of CD records and the minutes of the meeting, the General Assembly meeting was duly convened, the questions were noted and strived to be answered, the answers of the questions which could not be answered during the meeting would be posted at the corporate website, there were not any behavior to be perceived as pressure or threat, there were not any extraordinary situation to prevent shareholders' right to demand information. The experts repeated their beliefs on their reports dated 27.11.2019.

(In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.)
