Dustin's CEO Thomas Ekman announces his resignation

Dustin's president and CEO, Thomas Ekman, has announced his intention to leave his position during 2023 to take on the position as CEO for Axel Johnson in September 2023.

The search process for his successor will be initiated immediately. Thomas Ekman will remain as CEO during his notice period of six months or until a new CEO has been recruited.

• Thomas has, together with his team, taken Dustin from a Nordic to a European company with a clear strategy for long-term profitable and sustainable growth. The strong development has been possible through Thomas leadership, characterised by courage and ambition. With his focus on both people and the business he has built a strong team and strengthened Dustin's brand. I and all members of the board want to give our warmest thanks to Thomas for his valuable contribution to Dustin and wish him the best of luck in his new position, says Mia Brunell Livfors, chair of the board of Dustin.

Thomas Ekman has been CEO of Dustin since 2018.

We have grown significantly, both organically and through acquisitions, and have entered new markets which has given us a clearer and stronger European position. Dustin has a strong management team and dedicated co-workers with high commitment, and I look forward to continue to actively engage in the development of the company from an owner perspective.
