Dividend Rate Table Explanations

Şirket Yönetim Kurulu 13.03.2020 tarihli toplantısında Şirketimizin 2019 faaliyet yılına ilişkin, gerek SPK Seri:II,No:14.1 "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" çerçevesinde Türkiye Muhasebe / Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları'na (TMS / TFRS) ve Konsolide Olmayan esasına göre düzenlenen ve bağımsız denetimden geçmiş mali tablolarında, gerekse yasal kayıtlarında dönem kârı olmaması sebebiyle, dağıtılması öngörülen diğer kaynak olarak geçmiş yıl karlarından 15.001.875,00 TL brüt kâr payının tam mükellef kurumlara 1 TL nominal değerli beher hisseye karşılık 0,635 TL tutarında brüt %63,5 oranında ve 1 TL. nominal değerli beher hisseye karşılık 0,53975 TL. tutarında net %53,98 oranında nakit temettü dağıtılmasına, temettü ödeme tarihinin 30.09.2020 olmasına, bu konuda alınan kâr dağıtım önerisinin 08.04.2020 tarihinde yapılacak Genel Kurulun tasviplerine sunulmasına,karar verilmiştir.
