Şirketimizin 19.03.2020 tarih ve 360 sayılı kararının aşağıda belirtilen şekliyle revize edilmesine ve bu kapsamda;

01.01.2019 - 31.12.2019 hesap dönemine ait sermaye piyasası mevzuatı hükümlerine göre hazırlanan finansal tablolarımızda 4.805.101 TL, yasal kayıtlarımıza göre ise 3.681.883 TL net dönem karı bulunmakta olup, Şirketimizin 2019 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulmak üzere 3.000.000 TL'si dağıtılabilir net dönem karından, 2.400.000 TL'si de dağıtılması öngörülen diğer kaynaklardan olmak üzere toplam 5.400.000 TL'nin bedelsiz pay olarak dağıtılmasının Genel Kurul'a teklifte bulunulmasına ve Kar Dağıtım Tablosunun ekteki gibi düzenlenmesine oy birliği ile karar verilmiştir.
