CHANGES IN THE NUMBER OF SHARES AND VOTES IN BETSSON AB (PUBL)

As of 31 October 2022, the total number of shares in Betsson AB (publ) (the "Company") amounts to 142,729,838 and the total number of votes amounts to 285,928,838. These are divided into 15,911,000 class A shares carrying 159,110,000 votes, 121,571,405 class B shares equaling the same number of votes and 5,247,433 class C shares equaling the same number of votes.

The reason for the decrease in the number of shares and votes is the completion of the automatic share redemption program resolved by the Annual General Meeting held on 10 May 2022. The number of shares and votes has now, after the redemption of the redemption shares in October 2022, been restored.
