Within the framework of the Capital Markets Board Communiqué II-18.1 on "Authorised Capital System" the increase of our company's upper limit of authorized capital by TL 1.500.000.000 TL from TL 1.500.000.000 to TL 3.000.000.000, the updating of the validity period as years of 2020-2024,t he amendment to Article 8 titled "Capital" of the Company's Articles of Association as attached, were accepted at the General Assembly Meeting of 2019 held on 7 April 2020. The results of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting held on 7 April 2020 have been registered by Adana Trade Registry Directorate on 14 April 2020.
