Conversion of all series A shares to series B shares

Serneke Group AB has received a request from the series A shareholders to convert all shares of series A in Serneke to series B shares, in accordance with the conversion clause in Serneke's articles of association.

The board has decided to start the process of conversion, that will take place as soon as possible.

After the conversion there will be no series A shares in the company. The total number of shares (28,753,232) is not affected, but all shares will be series B shares. A share of series A carries one (1) vote and a share of series B carries one tenth (0.1) vote. After the conversion, the total number of votes will therefore decrease from 7,267,323 to 2,875,323.
