The board of Dustin proposes that no dividends are paid

The board of Dustin proposes to the annual general meeting not to pay dividends to the shareholders for the financial year 2021/22. The proposal is based on the general economic situation in combination with the company's ambition to lower the debt ratio at a higher pace.

The proposal is in line with Dustin's dividend policy.

• There is still a general uncertainty in the economy and, as mentioned in connection to the year-end report, a certain hesitance in some of Dustin's customer segments. This, in combination with an ambition to lower the debt ratio at a higher pace after the acquisition of Centralpoint, forms the basis for the board's proposal to the general meeting to decide not to pay dividends. For the time being, the board believes that this is the most responsible decision. Dustin has a strong market position, and we are confident in the company's long-term sustainable and profitable growth, says Mia Brunell Livfors chair of the board of Dustin.
