Additional Explanations

2019 yılı faaliyetlerimiz neticesinde; Vergi Usul Kanunu çerçevesinde hazırlanmış olan 01.01.2019-31.12.2019 dönemine ait finansal tablolarımızda 2019 yılı faaliyetlerimiz neticesinde 4.046.096,49 TL kar elde edilirken, 2019 yılı konsolide finansal tablolarımızda 3.543.334 TL kar elde edilmiştir.

Ticaret Bakanlığı'nın 31.03.2020 tarihli Türkiye Odalar ve Borsalar Birliği'ne ("TOBB") gönderdiği yazı ve kar dağıtım politikamız göz önünde bulundurularak 2019 yılı konsolide finansal tablolarımızda yer alan 3.543.334 TL kar tutarı üzerinden %25 oranında hesaplanan 885.833,50 TL' nin 04.08.2020 tarihinden itibaren ortaklara dağıtılması hususunda Genel Kurul onayına sunulmuştur. Yapılan oylama sonucu, katılanların oybirliği ile kabul edilmiştir.
