Additional Explanations

Şirketimizin 19 Mart 2020 tarihinde yapılan olağan genel kurul toplantısında, tamamı 2019 yılı karından karşılanmak üzere, 27 Temmuz 2020 tarihinde brüt %200 oranında kar dağıtılmasına karar verilmiştir.

Ancak 17 Nisan 2020 tarihli Resmi Gazete'de yayımlanan 7244 sayılı kanunun 12.Maddesi ile, 6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu'na kar dağıtım sınırlaması getiren 13.Madde ilave edilerek, 30.09.2020 tarihine kadar 2019 yılı net karının yalnızca %25' ine kadarının dağıtımına izin verilmiştir.

Yapılan bu düzenleme çerçevesinde, genel kurulumuzca dağıtılmasına karar verilen brüt %200 nispetindeki kar payının ,

- %105 oranına karşılık gelen brüt 10.500.000 TL'nin 27 Temmuz 2020 tarihinde dağıtılmasına,

- %95 oranına karşılık gelen brüt 9.500.000 TL'nin ise kanunda belirtilen sürenin bitiminden sonra dağıtılmasına karar verilmiştir.
