Additional Explanations

Dividend distribution announced in our public disclosure dated 22 June 2020 was approved by General Assembly on 14 July 2020. The dividend distribution will start on 17 July 2020 and the dividend will be deposit into our public shareholders' accounts at T+2 value date.

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
