Board of Directors of Platzer Fastigheter Holding AB appoints Johanna Hult Rentsch as new CEO

Board of Directors of Platzer Fastigheter Holding AB appoints Johanna Hult Rentsch as new CEO. Most recently she has held the position of Head of Department for Region Väst at NCC Property Development. Johanna will take up the post of CEO in the summer, by 14 August 2023 at the latest. Current CEO P-G Persson will continue as CEO of Platzer until Johanna takes up the post.

Johanna Hult Rentsch has a degree in engineering and economics. Johanna has extensive experience of managerial roles and business development within the property sector, with particular focus on project development. She has worked both abroad and in Sweden, and her current position has been based in Gothenburg. Johanna Hult Rentsch joins the company from the role of Head of Department of Region Väst at NCC Property Development. In this post, which she had held since 2014, she has been responsible for development of project properties within the segments offices, retail, logistics, hotels, residential property for the rental market and social infrastructure. Johanna has previously worked with property development in South-East Europe for Inter Ikea Centre Group and she has also managed her own property development business. Johanna is a Board member of West Sweden Chamber of Commerce and is very committed to and focused on the development of Gothenburg.

Johanna Hult Rentsch will take up the post of CEO in the summer, by 14 August 2023 at the latest. In order to ensure an orderly transition, the Board of Directors and P-G Persson have agreed that P-G will continue as CEO of Platzer until Johanna Hult Rentsch takes up the post.
