Şirketimizin 07.08.2020 tarihli özel durum açıklamasında; borçlanma aracı ihraç tavanına ilişkin izin başvurusu kapsamında, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na ("SPK") ihraç belgesinin/ belgelerinin onaylanması talebiyle başvuru yapıldığı belirtilmişti. Söz konusu başvuru SPK tarafından onaylanmış olup, Şirketimize 500.000.000 TL ihraç tavanı tahsis edildiği 20.08.2020 tarihli SPK Bülteninde duyurulmuştur.

In the public disclosure dated 07.08.2020, it was announced that Migros had applied to the Capital Markets Board ("CMB") for the approval of the issuance certificate(s) regarding the issuance limit of debt instruments. In the CMB Bulletin dated 20.08.2020, it was announced that CMB approved our Company's application and provided an issuance limit of TL 500,000,000 for the debt instruments.
