Şirketimizin 17.05.2020 tarihinde Resmi Gazete'de yayımlanan 6102 Sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu'nun Geçici 13.Maddesinin Uygulanmasına İlişkin Usul ve Esaslar Hakkındaki Tebliğin 4.maddesinin 1.fıkrası hükmünde belirlenen sınırı aşmamak kaydıyla 2019 yılı faaliyetleri sonucunda elde edilen dağıtılabilir kardan ortaklarımıza %61,96 oranında nakit temettü dağıtılması ve temettü dağıtımına 14.10.2020 tarihinde başlanmasına ilişkin teklifimizin Genel Kurul onayına sunulmasına o y birliği ile karar verilmiştir.
