09.04.2020 tarihinde yapılan 2019 yılı genel kurul toplantısında g ündemin 7.maddesi gereğince, Şirketin Kar dağıtımı konusunda ; TFRS/TMS dönem esasına göre hazırlanan finansal tablolarda dönem net karından, TTK'nın 519. Maddesi uyarınca hesaplanan %5 Kanuni yedek akçe düşüldükten sonra kalan net kar'ının şirketin yatırımlarını yapması ve rakabet gücünü arttırabilmesi için dağıtılmamasını yönetim kurulu önermiştir. Öneri müzakereye açıldı. Söz alan olmadı ve öneri oy birliği ile kabul edildi.
