Additional Explanations

At the company's annual general meeting dated 26 March 2020 and decision of our Board of Directors dated 24 April 2020, it was resolved to pay our shareholders a 30% dividend out of the company's 2019 profits in 3 installments and pay out the third installment on 1 October 2020. Pursuant to the Presidential Decree dated 18 September 2020, Limitation Of Profit Distribution Stipulated By Law No.7244* has been extended until 31 December 2020, accordingly, our Board of Directors has decided to make the third installment payment of 5% on 5 January 2021.
