Additional Explanations

Şirketin 2019 yılı karının dağıtımı konusu görüşüldü. Yapılan oylama neticesinde 2019 yılı faaliyetleri sonucunda elde etmiş olduğu 52.046.845,00 TL kardan, ortaklarımıza birinci kar payı olarak 1.050.000,00 TL nakit, kalan kısımdan 11.961.712,00 TL nakit ikinci kar payı olarak dağıtılmasına, 1.329.079,00TL'nin genel kanuni yedek akçe ve kalan 38.660.407,00 TL'nin olağanüstü yedek akçe olarak ayrılmasına, ortaklara nakden dağıtılacak karın 13.10.2020 tarihinde dağıtılmasına 14.428.645,71 kabul oyuna karşılık, 1 ret oyu ile oy çokluğu ile karar verildi.
