31 Mart 2020 tarihinde yapılan 2019 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul kararı çerçevesinde, 4 Haziran 2020 tarihinde almış olduğu, nakit ve Şirket Ortaklarına 2 (iki) taksit halinde, 31 Ağustos 2020'de 47.992.500 TL ve 1 Ekim 2020'de 57.712.500 TL olmak üzere toplam 105.705.000 TL dağıtılması kararlaştırılan nakit kar payı ödenmesine ilişkin kararda, 1 Ekim 2020 olarak belirlenmiş 2.taksit ödeme tarihinin, 18 Eylül 2020 tarihli 31248 sayılı Resmi Gazete'de yayımlanan 6102 Sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanununun Geçici 13 üncü Maddesinin Birinci Fıkrasında Belirtilen Sürenin Üç Ay Uzatılması Hakkındaki 2948 sayılı Cumhurbaşkanı Kararı doğrultusunda, 4 Ocak 2021 olarak yeniden belirlenmesine, ve yürürlükteki ilgili mevzuat uyarınca bilimum iş ve işlemlerin gerçekleştirilmesine, mevcudun oybirliğiyle karar vermiştir.
