22.10.2020 tarihli özel durum açıklamamızda talep toplama sürecinin tamamlandığı açıklanan, toplam 650.000.000 ABD Doları nominal tutarda ve yurtdışına satılan tahvillere ilişkin tertip ihraç belgesinin onaylanması amacıyla Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na başvuru bugün gerçekleştirilmiştir.

As stated in our material disclosure dated 22.10.2020, the book building process has completed with an amount of  USD 650.000.000. Our Company today applied to the Capital Markets Board for the approval of the tranche issuance certificate related to the sale of our Company's bonds to qualified investors outside Turkey
