Additional Explanations

Şirketimizin 19 Mart 2020 tarihli genel kurulunda dağıtılmasına karar verilen brüt %200 oranındaki kar payı, 17.04.2020 tarih ve 31102 sayılı Resmi Gazete'de yayımlanan 6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu'nun Geçici 13.Maddesi gereği, 27 Temmuz 2020 tarihinde brüt %105 olarak dağıtılmıştır.

İlgili kanun maddesi ile, 2019 yılı net dönem karının %25'ini aşan kısmının ödenmesi 30.09.2020 tarihine kadar ertelenmiş olup, 18.09.2020 tarihli Cumhurbaşkanlığı kararı ile kanun maddesinde belirtilen bu süre üç ay daha uzatılmıştır.

2019 yılı karımızdan ödenmesi gereken brüt %95 oranındaki ikinci taksit kar payı ödemesi, kanundaki süre tekrar uzatılmazsa 31.12.2020 tarihinde yapılacaktır.
