Additional Explanations

17.04.2020 tarih 31102 sayılı resmi gazete de yayımlanarak yürürlüğe giren, 6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanununun geçici 13 üncü maddesinin birinci fıkrasında belirtilen 2019 yılı net dönem kârının yalnızca yüzde yirmi beşine kadarının dağıtımına karar verilebilir, ikinci fıkrasında ise Genel kurulca 2019 yılı hesap dönemine ilişkin kâr payı dağıtımı kararı alınmış ancak henüz pay sahiplerine ödeme yapılmamışsa veya kısmi ödeme yapılmışsa, 2019 yılı net dönem kârının yüzde yirmi beşini aşan kısma ilişkin ödemeler birinci fıkrada belirtilen sürenin (30.09.2020) sonuna kadar ertelenir hükmü gereğince ve 18.09.2020 tarih 31248 sayılı resmi gazete de yayımlanarak yürürlüğe giren Cumhurbaşkanı kararı gereğince, birinci fıkrada belirtilen sürenin üç ay uzatılmasına karar verildiğinden, şirketimiz ikinci taksit temettü ödemesi yapılamamıştır.

Bahse konu Kanun'un süresinin uzamaması durumunda, Şirketimiz ikinci taksit temettü ödemesinin 04.01.2021 tarihinde yapılmasına karar verilmiştir.
