09.12.2020 tarihli açıklamamıza konu olan; yurtiçinde halka arz edilmeksizin nitelikli yatırımcılara satılmak üzere, 1 yılık dönem içerisinde bir veya birden fazla seferde gerçekleştirilecek toplam 1.500.000.000 Türk Lirası tutarına kadar tahvil ya da finansman bonosu ihraç edilmesine ilişkin ihraç belgesi, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 24.12.2020 tarih ve 78/1567 sayılı kararı ile onaylanmış olup, söz konusu ihraca ilişkin Başvuru Formu, İhraç Belgesi ve İhraç Belgesi Eki ekte yer almaktadır.

Within the scope of our notification dated on December 09, 2020; on December 24, 2020 with decision number 78/1567 Capital Markets Board approved our issuance certificate of bonds or bills with a total amount up to TRY 1,500,000,000 within 1-year period by sale of one or several times to domestic qualified investors without public offering. The application form, issuance certificate and its annex are attached.
